Seasoned Eastside office broker Craig Wilson's five-year run with developer Neil Hokonson has wound down, with Wilson returning to CB Richard Ellis and Hokonson taking to the road to wait out the recession.
"We had a lot of fun," said Wilson, 56, back in CB's Bellevue office as senior vice president. "We did a number of projects, and in most cases we sold those. ... Neil has elected to travel and take advantage of the down time."
