Boxing is a head-to-head, physical confrontation. Each fighter tries to outlast the opponent while landing the most damaging punches. Some blows are slipped or blocked, but boxing is mostly a test of force meeting force.
Many confrontations in the office are also head-to-head. Blame, recrimination and even anger are traded back and forth. Accusations are slipped and blocked, and bring out counter accusations.
