Walk around new buildings these days and you may ask yourself: How did they do that?
Exterior walls and panel systems have drifts of irregular cutouts, looking like signals to aliens. Windows seem like random punches in a freeform sculpture. Walls and ceilings read more like artful screens, with pierced surfaces and undulating shapes.
