Fisher Pavilion: ample space behind a low profile

    Low-lying Fisher Pavilion lights up the night from the north entrance and the International Fountain Mall.

    To replace -- or not to replace -- the awkward but essential Flag Pavilion. That was the question in the 1990s, according to Seattle Center director Virginia Anderson.
