AMLI Arc

AMLI Arc opened last year in Seattle's Denny Triangle neighborhood.

The 41-story, 393-unit residential tower was named for the shape of the top-floor amenity space. It has a variety of floor plans ranging from studios to three-bedrooms to appeal to diverse groups and lifestyles. A colonnade at street level along Boren, Stewart and Howell has wider sidewalks and overhead weather protection.

The interior design was inspired by industrial warehouses, using textures with raw details and a palette drawn from the natural environment of the Pacific Northwest.

The Zen Den has a yoga studio and a large fitness center. The cyclist's lounge allows residents to tune up bicycles and connect with other members of the cycling community.

There's also a focus on pets, with a pet spa, dog play area and dog run.

Other amenities include a media room, craft room, community kitchen, private meeting rooms and lockers for outdoor gear. Below-grade parking has 509 stalls and is shared with the neighboring Tilt49 office building.

This project is targeting LEED gold certification.
