Liberty Northwest

Portland-based Liberty Northwest Insurance Corp. announced it will acquire Oregon Auto Insurance Co. along with its subsidiary North Pacific Insurance Co., pending regulatory approval. The companies are two of the largest regional insurers in the Northwest and offer workers compensation, property, casualty and personal lines. Combined, the two will have approximately $300 million in premium in Oregon, Washington and Idaho. North Pacific/Oregon Auto has offices in Bothell and Portland.
