Federal Home Loan Bank

Two key positions at Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle have recently been filled. Kevin Crowe joined the bank as vice president and legal counsel in July. He previously was vice president and corporate counsel at Provident Savings Bank. Neill LeCorgne joined the bank as vice president and director of marketing and correspondent services in August. He was the former vice president and director of business development at Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta.
