Western Institutional Review Board
Cynthia M. McGuire Dunn, M.D. is the new vice president of operations of the Western Institutional Review Board. She was director for the Clinical Research Institute at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, N. Y. The Western Institutional Review Board is an independent review board dedicated to the protection of human research subjects.
