Lane Powell Spears Lubersky partner Gary Tober was named secretary to the recent San Francisco Congress of the International Fiscal Association on Taxation of Income Derived from Electronic Commerce. Tober's paper prepared for the conference, "Taxation of Electronic Commerce," formed a basis for many of the discussions on electronic commerce transactions and income characterization.
