Waterfront, Pier 70/Chez Gus

Rich Troiani will oversee operations at two Seattle restaurants: Waterfront, Pier 70 and Chez Gus. Troiani is a managing partner of the restaurants. Most recently, Troiani managed the opening of Portland's El Gaucho. Chez Gus opens this week at Pier 70.
