Foss Maritime Co.

Barry Baldwin has been named the new director of business development, harbor services for Foss Maritime Co. Baldwin previously served as regional director in Southern California. Dave Selga will succeed Baldwin in that position. Selga was previously marine superintendent. Both will be based in Long Beach, Calif. Foss provides ship assist, tanker escort, petroleum transportation, and regional towing services in all major ports on the West Coast.
