Michael DeGano has been promoted to general manager of Downtown Seattle's Tulio Restaurant. DeGano previously served as the restaurant's assistant general manager. He will work with executive chef and founder Walter Pisano continuing the tradition of the simple, rustic approach to authentic Italian cuisine that Tulio is known for.
