The Washington Association of Sewer and Water Districts has chosen
Matthew S. Warner to be director and secretary of its board. The association also elected
Marcus Hoffman and
Art Wadekamper to serve as board members. Warner is the current commissioner of the East Wenatchee Water District; Hoffman is the current commissioner of the Silverdale Water District No. 16 and serves as a freeholder for Kitsap County District No. 3; Wadekamper is the current commissioner of the Ronald Wastewater Management District. The association also named
John Thompson, commissioner of the King County Water District No. 125 was named Commissioner of the Year for 2001.
