Kunold previously worked as an associate with Foster Pepper; Wallace was an associate at Preston Gates & Ellis; Dembowski was a law clerk at the Washington State Attorney General, University of Washington Division, and held analyst positions with Paccar Financial and former County Executive Gary Locke; Droz was a member of the mainline tax staff for Arthur Andersen and a legal assistant for the Kent City Attorney's Office.
