Golf Club at Newcastle
Joel Droba is the new executive chef at the Golf Club at Newcastle. Droba previously served as executive chef and training chef at Gordon Biersch in Las Vegas. He will be responsible for all kitchen operations at the club including the Calcutta Grill, and operation of the banquet culinary teams.
