Charter Bank

Charter Bank announced Vincent P. Tilotta, Steve Linde and Stacy Sullivan have joined as new vice presidents. Tilotta will serve in the Kent office, and was previously vice president and commercial lending officer at Heritage Bank. Linde will serve in the Bellevue office. Linde was previously with US Bank and People's Bank. Sullivan will join the Bellevue office and was previously vice president of operations at Bay Bank.
