Skagit County District Court

Skagit County District Court administrator Pam Springer was awarded the Court Manager of the Year award from the state's Court Management Council. The award is presented annually to a court manager making significant contributions to court services. She has been instrumental in establishing a re-licensing program for drivers who have lost their licenses and is in a leadership role for court outreach programs in schools and the community. Springer was appointed to the Skagit County District Court in 1985.
