Pierce County

Pierce County has been awarded a Certificate of Achievement in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association for its financial report. The award is presented to government organizations whose reports communicate clearly and motivate readership "with a spirit of full disclosure." This is the 17th consecutive year the county has received the award.
