The Seattle Foundation

The Pioneer Square Clinic and the Plymouth Housing Group are recipients of the Seattle Foundation's 2001 Leadership Grant of $100,000. The grant will fund a two-year program to provide podiatry and nursing visits to low-income housing residents in downtown Seattle. The Seattle Foundation, the oldest and largest community foundation in the state, also awarded 58 other nonprofits with fourth-quarter grants, for a total of $1.3 million. Nearly $40 million has been awarded by the foundation this year.
