Washington Public Ports Association

Port of Vancouver, U.S.A., commissioner Robert J. Moser has been elected president of the Washington Public Ports Association. Moser was elected to the Port of Vancouver in November 1987, and is currently serving his third, six-year term. Moser will also be president of the three-member port commission for 2002. The association also honored the Port of Chelan County with its Port of the Year Award and Port of Moses Lake executive director David Bailey was honored with a life member award. The Washington Public Ports Association represents 76 public port districts throughout the state.
