Washington State Golf Association

William H. Mays is the new president of the Washington State Golf Association. Mays served as counsel to the WSGA board of directors since 1992 and was instrumental in establishing the organization's current bylaws. Mays is a member of the law firm of Willams, Kastner & Gibbs.
