University of Washington, Tacoma

George Russell, chairman of the Russell Co., won the Lifetime Achievement Award and Janine Terrano, founder of Business Internet Services and Topia Ventures, won the Rising Star Award as part of University of Washington Tacoma's first annual Business Leaders of the Year Awards. Russell and Terrano, along with eight local business leaders, will be honored at the first annual Business Leaders of the Year Awards event at UW Tacoma tonight.
