Starbucks
Starbucks signed a lease this month to occupy a 1,700-square-foot retail space on the ground floor of Kearney Plaza, a mixed-use apartment/retail project developed by Hoyt Street Properties in Portland's Pearl District. Starbucks plans to open the coffee store in mid-June.
