Western Washington University

Ronald Riggins has been named dean of Western Washington University's Fairhaven College. he had been serving as interim dean since 2001. Riggins joined the Western faculty in 1977 as an assistant professor of physical education, health and recreation. He became a full professor in 1991 and was department chair from 1988 to 1992.
