Stephen J. McCaffray, CEO and chairman of the board of directors at National Frozen Foods Corp., will retire on June 7. McCaffray was elected president of the company in 1986. He is the third generation of family members to hold the leadership position since the company's founding in 1912. Dick Grader will continue to manage operations as president. Family-owned National Frozen Foods is headquartered in Seattle, with processing plants in Chehalis, Moses Lake and Albany, Ore.
