Oregon Coast Aquarium

Phyllis Bell has resigned her position as president of the Oregon Coast Aquarium. Bell joined the aquarium in 1989 and served as its president and chief financial office since 1992. Patrick Helbling, executive vice president and chief operating officer will serve as acting president.
