Roy's Seattle

Peter McCoy is the new executive chef at Roy's Seattle, located in the Westin Hotel. McCoy will oversee food operations at the restaurant, lobby bar and the Fifth Avenue Cafe. He has been with the Westin since 1990. Roy's menu fuses Hawaiian inspiration with native Northwest ingredients.
