Davis Wright Tremaine

Fred B. Burnside has joined Davis Wright Tremaine's litigation department as an associate. Burnside previously was with the firm of Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach of San Diego. Shelley Hall rejoined the firm after a judicial clerkship with the late Honorable William L. Dwyer. She will be an associate in the firm's communications, media and information technologies, and litigation departments.
