Washington State Access to Justice Board

Scott A. Smith has been elected to chair the Washington State Access to Justice Board. The nine-member board was established by the Washington State Supreme Court to promote access to the civil justice system by low and moderate income people in Washington state. Smith is a partner in the Seattle law firm of Short Cressman & Burgess and former president of the King County Bar Association.
