Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle
Federal Loan Bank of Seattle promoted John Blizzard, Charles Eisman and Lisa Ottoson to assistant vice presidents. Blizzard is the account manager for 70 community financial institutions in Utah and Washington, Eisman is liaison to 74 institutions in Alaska, Western Montana, Seattle and Spokane; and Ottoson was previously the bank's director of product development. The Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle is a member-owned cooperative serving Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
