Brenda Narciso was named account director in the customer relations marketing department of Cole & Weber/red cell. Narciso will guide the agency's various Microsoft projects and provide account management support for its WatchGuard account. Narciso previously worked with Microsoft in marketing and advertising with the Visio and Microsoft Project groups.
