Northwest Area Foundation

Kristin Martinez was named to the board of directors at the Northwest Area Foundation. Martinez is a principal at the Seattle-based Sound Point Ventures. Bruce Brooks, also representing the Seattle area, was reelected as vice chair. The Northwest Area Foundation helps communities in Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Washington and Oregon to reduce poverty. the organization is based in St. Paul, Minnesota.
