Research Data Design of Portland has named Arturo Coto as vice president of sales and marketing. Coto, who joined the company in March 2002, was formerly director of the Americas for Global Market Insight and spent nine years with The Gallup Organization. Founded in 1994, Research Data Design collects data for business, consumer and multilingual studies for clients from various industries.
