Starbucks

Seattle-based Starbucks Coffee named former Dell Computer vice president Paula E. Boggs executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of the company. Boggs will oversee Starbucks' legal concerns as head of the law and corporate affairs department. Prior to joining Dell in 1997, Boggs was a partner in Seattle law firm Preston Gates & Ellis.
