American Motels Acquisition Co.

American Motels Acquisition Co. purchased the Park Inn Hotel & Conference Center in Chippewa Falls, Wisc., bringing its total number of holdings to 20 hotels and nearly 2,400 rooms. The Seattle-based company operates and invests in motels and hotels throughout the United States, with most of its holdings in the Northwest and Midwest.
