TransCore

Pennsylvania-based Transcore will provide a freight management system to the Washington State Department of Transportation's Northwest International Trade Corridor and Smart Border Crossing Program. Transcore's intelligent transportation system will monitor freight shipments traveling on U.S. interstates between the U.S. and Canadian borders. The monitoring technology will be deployed at six existing weigh stations and processing centers along a 300-mile stretch of Interstate 5 between Vancouver, Wash., and the Canadian border.
