Rover's

Thierry Rautureau, chef and owner of Rover's, will be honored by the Distinguished Restaurants of North America with the Ella Brennan Distinguished Dining Ambassador Award. More than 300 restaurateurs will attend the organization's four-day conference in Seattle at the Elliott Grand Hyatt in September. The Ella Brennan Award recognizes a representative of the restaurant industry who has exemplified and promoted the image of fine dining in America and abroad, and has worked in promoting philanthropic causes. Rautureau is a past James Beard award winner and is celebrating Rover's 15th anniversary this year.
