Merrill Gardens

Robin Buban has been named vice president of operations for Merrill Gardens. Buban will oversee the operations of all 10 Merrill Gardens' communities in Washington. Previously, she was the senior regional director of operations at Alterra Healthcare. Merrill Gardens, based in Seattle, owns and operates 59 assisted-living retirement communities in 14 states.
