Sexual Assault Resource Center

New board members named by the King County Sexual Assault Resource Center are: Paul Elliott, legislative aide to Seattle City Councilmember Richard McIver, president; Rev. Marvin Eckfeldt, vice president; Mark Thomas, treasurer; and Rachel Knight, financial adviser at Waddell & Reed, secretary. New members joining the board are: Jay Fossett, director of government relations, office of King County Executive Ron Sims; Lyle Moss, vice president of investments at UBS PaineWebber; and Terence Scanlan, attorney with Skellenger Bender.
