Schwartz Brothers Restaurants

Lindsey Schwartz is the new vice president of sales and marketing for Schwartz Brothers Restaurants. He has been with the restaurant for 22 years, recently serving as vice president of marketing and vice president of retail sales. Schwartz Brothers Restaurants, based in Bellevue, owns and operates several food establishments including Daniel's Broiler, Spazzo, Piazza, Schwartz Brothers Bakery and Gretchen's Cafe.
