Formare Technica
Formare Technica of Portland is in the process of acquiring Achievement By Design of Poulsbo. Achievement By Design's founder Ted Buffington will become CEO for Formare Educational Institute upon completion of the acquisition. Formare Educational Institute, a subsidiary of Formare Technica, provides education for more productive business practices.
