Pacific Northwest Bancorp

Pacific Northwest Bancorp has completed acquisition of Portland's Bank of the Northwest. Each of the five Bank of the Northwest offices in the Portland area will be renamed Pacific Northwest Bank as part of the merger. After the conversion, Pacific Northwest Bank will operate 59 financial centers in the Northwest.
