Seattle Parks and Recreation

Seattle Parks and Recreation has named the city's newest community center the International District/Chinatown Community Center. The center is located at Eighth Avenue South and South Dearborn Street and is be part of the International District Village Square project being developed by the Seattle Chinatown-International District Preservation and Development Authority. The project will also include a library, family housing, offices, retail and parking. Construction is scheduled to be completed by the summer of 2004.
