Columbia Bank named Dean McSweeney senior vice president and manager of its private banking department. McSweeney was previously vice president with Laird Norton Financial Group. Tacoma's Columbia Bank is a commercial bank providing products and services in Pierce, King, Cowlitz, Kitsap and Thurston counties.
