Cutter & Buck appointed Douglas G. Southern and Henry L. Kotkins, Jr. to its board of directors. Southern is a former senior vice president and chief financial officer of Immunex and Pay 'N Pak Stores. Kotkins is currently president and CEO of Skyway Luggage Co. in Seattle. Cutter & Buck designs and markets upscale sportswear and outerwear.
