Seattle-based Spiration, Inc., a developer of medical devices for the treatment of lung disease, added Gregory Sessler as CFO. Sessler has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has led four companies through the IPO process. He was CFO for Rosetta Inpharmatics and Sonus Pharmaceuticals.
