Cutter & Buck

Cutter & Buck appointed three executives to its management organization being formed by CEO Fran Conley. Ernie R. Johnson has been appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer, and Helen M. Rockey has been appointed executive vice president for markets and products. Theresa S. Treat recently joined as corporate director of human resources. Johnson was senior vice president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer for Washington Mutual. Rockey was president and CEO of Just For Feet retail chain and was president and CEO of Brooks Sports in Bothell. Treat has been director of human resources at Onvia, Pointshare, Inc., X/O and Horizon Airlines. Cutter & Buck designs and markets upscale sportswear and outerwear.
