Pacific Northwest Bancorp

Pacific Northwest Bancorp appointed Daniel D. Durkin and Robert D. Kraus to its board of directors. Durkin, most recently chairman of the board and CEO of Portland's Bank of the Northwest, was also appointed vice chairman of the Pacific Northwest Bancorp board. Kraus is a retired vice president of Smith Barney. Pacific Northwest Bancorp recently acquired Bank of the Northwest.
