Belo Corp. named David T. Lougee president and general manager and Deborah J. Wilson vice president and assistant general manager of KING-TV, KONG-TV and NorthWest Cable News. Lougee was previously vice president and general manager of KING and KONG. Wilson was previously vice president/director of sales and marketing for KING. Belo, based in Dallas, owns 19 television stations and publishes four daily newspapers.
