Western Washington University

Gov. Gary Locke appointed Peggy Zoro to Western Washington University's board of trustees. Zoro is president of the Western Washington University Foundation board of directors and is senior vice president and regional manager for Whidbey Island Bank. Her term will begin Jan. 1, 2003, and continue until Sept. 30, 2008.
